• Site layout plans, temporary structures, energy-water-cleanliness management.

• Effective communication methods between foreman, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Legal and Administrative Responsibilities
• Contracts, building inspection regulations, environmental responsibilities, and legal obligations.

The training is open to corporate collaborations (institution/company packages) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be reorganized according to the corporate participant profile and needs.
