Training Objective

The Construction Site Organization Training provides effective site management skills by establishing a balance between time, cost, and quality in construction projects. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through real-world projects and improve their leadership competencies.

  • Creating work programs, using Gantt charts, critical path analysis (CPM).

  • Material procurement processes, stock control, equipment and workforce planning.
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Practices
  • OHS rules on the construction site, risk analysis, and preventive measures.
  • Quality Control and Process Tracking in Construction
  • Quality management systems, site inspections, reporting, and document organization.
  • Construction Site Logistics and Space Management
  • Site layout plans, temporary structures, energy-water-cleanliness management.
  • Site Communication and Team Management
  • Effective communication methods between foreman, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Legal and Administrative Responsibilities
  • Contracts, building inspection regulations, environmental responsibilities, and legal obligations.
  • Digital Construction Site Management and Software
  • MS Project, Primavera, BIM-based planning, and digital control systems.
  • Practical Application with Real Project Examples
  • Case studies and practical scenario exercises related to site organization.

The training is open to institutional collaborations (package for institution/company legal entities), and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be reorganized according to your institutional participant profile and needs. As a result of mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (face-to-face / online) are determined and the relevant processes are completed. In case of mutual agreement, the date, time, and location of the training are planned in line with the availability of your institution’s participants and our instructors.
