  • Special weaving methods used in pile fabric production (e.g., jacquard, double-layer weaving)
• Pile formation methods
  • Warp pile, weft pile, cutting techniques, and pile density control
• Machine and equipment usage
  • Knowledge of weaving machines and equipment specific to pile fabric production
• Production errors and solutions
  • Preventing issues such as pile slippage, thin spots, and line defects
• Finishing processes
  • Enhancing surface quality through cutting, brushing, ironing, and finishing applications
• Quality control processes
  • Measurement of fabric weight, pile height, durability, and surface consistency tests

The training is open for institutional cooperation (packages for organizations/companies); individual applications are not accepted. The content can be reorganized according to the profile and needs of institutional participants. Following mutual agreement, the scope and method of training (in-person or online) are determined and the relevant processes completed. With agreement, the days, times, and training location are scheduled with our instructors according to availability.
