This training is designed for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not substitute the MYK qualification certificate in programs where such certification is mandatory.

Official and Corporate Protocol Rules

  • Principles of official ceremonies, order of precedence, and hospitality in state and institutional settings.

Rules of Address and Behavior

  • Use of titles, polite expressions, correct addressing forms, and rules of social interaction.

Meeting and Invitation Protocol

  • Seating arrangements, meeting management, guest welcoming and farewell techniques.

Office and Visit Protocol

  • High-level visits, appointment procedures, official correspondence language, and behavioral standards.

Dining and Invitation Etiquette (Manners)

  • Rules of formal dining, table settings, service order, dress code, and courtesy principles.

Corporate Representation and Conduct

  • Employee behaviors reflecting corporate identity, internal and external communication.

Etiquette and Courtesy in Business Life

  • Respect in the workplace, effective communication, conflict management, and use of body language.

Personal Image and Effective Representation

  • Appearance, posture, gestures, facial expressions, and voice tone as part of personal presentation.
