Training Duration : 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)

Training Venue : Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – C Block

If the minimum number of participants is reached in other provinces outside Bursa, the training will also be organized face-to-face in your city on a separately planned date.

Number of Participants : Minimum 15, maximum 30. (If fewer than 15 participants register, fees will be refunded and the training will not be held. If 30 or more participants register, priority will be given based on registration order and new groups will be created). Training venue, schedule, and hours will be shared with participants prior to the program by our Call Center.

Training Fee : 6,500 TL (VAT included)

Certificate : A Certificate of Participation will be issued to those who attend 80% or more of the program.

Purpose of the Training:

Real estate investments are highly profitable but require careful cost analysis and planning. In this course, participants will learn how to calculate real estate investment costs and apply methods to determine construction progress levels, gaining these competencies.

Important:

The training is organized to enhance the professional development and knowledge of those who meet the qualifications announced by the Expert Witness Directorate (with at least 5 years of practical work experience in the field). The certificate obtained at the end of this training cannot be used as proof of the 5-year professional experience requirement in this field.

Important Notes:

• A Certificate of Participation will only be issued to those with at least 80% attendance. No certificate will be given for 79% or lower attendance.

• After completion of the training, certificates will be prepared following institutional checks and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided during registration. Please ensure your contact details and addresses are up to date.
