The training is intended for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate for trainings where MYK authorization is required.

• Introduction to Manufacturing Processes: Definition of production, types of industries, and basic manufacturing principles.
• Machining Techniques: Basic principles of processes such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding.
• Non-cutting Forming Methods: Material forming through processes such as forging, rolling, extrusion, and deep drawing.
• Welding Technologies: Applications of methods such as electric arc welding, submerged arc welding, spot welding, and TIG welding.
• Casting Operations: Fundamentals of molding, liquid metal casting, and cooling processes.
• Assembly and Joining Techniques: Assembly methods using bolts, rivets, welding, and adhesives.
• Technical Drawing Interpretation and Measurement Tools Usage: Standards of technical drawings, tolerances, and use of measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection: Safety rules in workshop environments, health and safety regulations, and environmental awareness.
• Material Knowledge and Proper Material Selection: Behavior and usage of metal and plastic materials in manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on Workshop Activities: Practice of basic operations in a real production environment, part manufacturing, and evaluation.

The training is open to corporate collaboration (company/organization package) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the profiles and needs of corporate participants. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) are determined, and the relevant processes are completed. Upon agreement, suitable dates, times, and locations for the training with your institution's participants and our instructors will be finalized.
