• Mold Design and Mold Components: Mold geometry, runners, ejection systems, cooling channels, and material flow.
• Machine Settings and Process Parameters: Injection pressure, temperature, mold clamping force, cycle time, and optimization.
• Quality Control Techniques in the Production Process: Defective product analysis, mold defects, flash formation, deformation, and solutions.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting Techniques: Routine machine and mold maintenance, common malfunctions, and intervention methods.
• Energy Efficiency and Production Costs: Process improvement, cost-reduction strategies, and environmentally-friendly production.
• CAD/CAM Systems and Mold Production: Integration of computer-aided design software into the molding process.
• Practical Workshop and Simulation Studies: Hands-on production with real injection machines, part analysis, and evaluation.

The training is open to corporate collaboration (institution/company package), and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. Upon agreement, suitable dates, times, and locations for the training will be finalized with your institution’s participants and our instructors.
