• Material Selection Criteria and Performance Evaluation: Selection methods based on wear resistance, hardness, machinability, thermal conductivity, and cost analysis.

• Fundamentals and Purposes of Heat Treatment: Heating-cooling principles, changes in internal structure, and effects on material properties.

• Hardening Processes (Water Quenching and Oil Quenching): Surface and volumetric hardening techniques, temperature control, and cooling environments.

• Annealing, Tempering, and Normalizing: The role of stress relief, softening, and homogenization processes in production.

• Surface Hardening Techniques: Comparison of flame hardening, induction hardening, and nitriding surface treatments.

• Heat Treatment Furnaces and Equipment: Use of electric furnaces, gas atmosphere systems, vacuum heat treatment devices.

• Dimensional Changes and Warping in Heat Treatment: Methods to prevent material deformation, measurement techniques, and quality control measures.

• Applications for Extending Mold Life: Sustainability of production quality with correct material-heat treatment combinations.

• Practical Laboratory and Workshop Activities: Heat treatment applications on sample parts, microstructure observation, and hardness measurements.

The training is open for corporate collaboration (institution/company packages) and does not accept individual applications. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) will be determined and the relevant processes will be completed. Upon agreement, suitable dates, times, and locations for the training will be set with your institution’s participants and our instructors.
