Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus

Number of Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 30 participants

• If fewer than 20 participants register, the training will not be held.

• If more than 30 participants register, new groups will be formed based on registration priority.

• Details will be shared with participants via WhatsApp before the program.

Training Fee: 5,000 TL (including 10% VAT)

Certificate: A certificate of participation will be issued with 80% or higher attendance.

Training Objective

The purpose of the Loss of Earning Capacity and Loss of Support Training is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to calculate material compensation arising from bodily injuries or death due to workplace accidents, traffic accidents, or torts.

This training will:

• Provide specialization in actuarial calculations and expert witness processes

• Teach compensation calculation methods (such as progressive annuity and actuarial methods)

• Develop competencies in legal and financial assessment

• Support professionals aiming to ensure fair, accurate, and accountable compensation procedures

Important Notice

• This training is organized by Bursa Uludağ University for professional development and knowledge enhancement of those who meet the qualifications announced by the Expertise Department Presidency, provided they have at least 5 years of professional experience as required in Basic Expertise.

• ⚠️ The certificate obtained at the end of this training cannot be used as proof of the 5-year work experience requirement.
