Program Objective

The training provides participants with an artistic space to freely express their imagination. By allowing production without fixed molds, it offers the opportunity to develop manual skills and design abilities.

Training Content

• Printmaking applications will be carried out on paper using waste packaging, scrap metal, waste paper, etc.
• Printmaking is an artistic production process based on transferring images to paper or other surfaces using a mold.
• The mold used in printmaking can be made of wood, metal, stone, fabric, or plastic. The image is created on the mold by the artist using various tools or chemical materials.
• To make the image on the mold visible, the mold is first inked and then the image is transferred to the desired surface using an appropriate method.
• The image transferred through the mold appears as a mirror reflection of the image on the mold.
• By nature, printmaking allows the same image to exist simultaneously in different locations by reproducing it from a single mold.

The training is open to institutional collaborations (package for institution/company legal entities), and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be reorganized according to your institutional participant profile and needs. As a result of mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (face-to-face / online) are determined and the relevant processes are completed. In case of mutual agreement, the date, time, and location of the training are planned in line with the availability of your institution’s participants and our instructors.
