5. Communication and Guest Satisfaction

  • Effective communication techniques, complaint management, and solution-oriented approach in crisis situations.

6. Flight Culture and Representational Competency

  • Posture, appearance, behavioral standards, and reflecting corporate culture.

7. Service Equipment and Usage Techniques

  • Trolleys, catering boxes, hot and cold beverage systems, waste management.
