Training Information
- Training Method: Face-to-Face (In-person) Training
- Training Date: To be scheduled once sufficient pre-registrations are reached.
- Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)
- Training Location: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus
- Training Process: A WhatsApp group will be created close to the training date and all notifications will be shared there.
- Training Quota: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants. If a minimum number of participants is reached in the 80 provinces outside Bursa, in-person training will be planned locally. Training is not planned for fewer than 20 participants; fees will be refunded. For more than 30 applications, a new group will be formed.
- Certificate of Participation: Awarded to participants with 80% or more attendance.
Important Information
The training is organized to develop the professional skills and knowledge of participants who meet the qualifications announced in the link below by the Expert Witness Department, provided they have at least 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
The certificate obtained at the end of the training does not serve as proof of 5 years of practical work in this field.

Training Objective
The training aims to provide experts with the competence to accurately perform calculations such as interest, expenses, loan repayment, restructuring, and collateral analysis in disputes arising from banking transactions and financial contracts.

Day 1
- Introduction to Banking Legislation
- Banking Law, Consumer Credit Regulation, BRSA regulations
- Types of Loans: Consumer, commercial, vehicle, and housing loans
- Analysis of bank contracts and financial documents
- Interest and Repayment Calculations
- Fixed and variable interest applications
- Annual cost rate and effective interest calculation
- Early repayment and restructuring calculations
Day 2
- Expense and Deduction Review
- File expenses, commission, insurance, and other legal/illegal deductions
- Expense refunds according to Supreme Court decisions
- Calculation methods in Consumer Arbitration Committee decisions
- Guarantees and Mortgaged Loans
- Analysis of mortgage, pledge, guarantee, and letters of guarantee
- Valuation and resolution of real estate collateral
- Calculation in case of excess or deficiency of collateral
Day 3
- Receivables in Follow-up and Restructuring Processes
- Legal follow-up, restructuring, and non-performing loan procedures
- Extension of maturity and recalculation
- Risk classification and collection scenarios
- Practical File Calculations (I)
- Interest and expense calculations on real loan files
- Determination of amounts to be refunded
- Recalculating debts in installment credit violations

- Practical File Calculations (II)
- Analysis of credit card statements
- Interest/commission control based on statements
- Expert report writing: basis, formulas, and explanation sections
- Expert Reporting Standards
- UYAP-compliant report format
- Calculation tables and reasoning writing
- Common errors and judicial decision examples
Important Notice
- Certificate of participation is given to participants with 80% or higher attendance.
- Certificates are sent via PTT Cargo after training. Keeping address and contact information up-to-date is the participant's responsibility.

Note: For participants who have registered definitively but cannot attend due to a valid reason and request cancellation; (participants who notify a valid reason at least 3 business days before training to usem@uludag.edu.tr will have their registration canceled and refund process initiated.
