Many issues, such as the scope of compulsory traffic insurance, the limits of the insurer's liability, interpretation of general conditions, compensation calculation criteria, validity of medical board reports, and the nature of loss of support damages, are shaped by different decisions and current case law in practice.

Within this framework, the two-day theoretical training titled “Compensation Claims Arising from Compulsory Traffic Insurance” provides lawyers with the opportunity to systematically evaluate problems encountered in practice.
