This training is organized in line with the criteria set by the Department of Expertise (Bilirkişilik Daire Başkanlığı) for professionals with at least five years of practical experience in the relevant field.
It aims to enhance professional knowledge and support skill development in specialized legal areas.

The certificate awarded after the training cannot be used as proof of the five-year professional experience requirement.

About the Training

In recent years, compensation lawsuits arising from traffic accidents have become one of the most intensive and debated areas of insurance law.

Key issues such as the scope of compulsory traffic insurance, limits of the insurer’s liability, interpretation of general conditions, compensation calculation criteria, validity of medical board reports, and the nature of loss of support damages have been shaped by divergent rulings and evolving judicial precedents.

This two-day theoretical training, titled “Compensation Lawsuits Arising from Compulsory Traffic Insurance”, offers lawyers a systematic perspective to analyze and address practical issues encountered in real cases.

The program thoroughly examines both the legal framework of compulsory traffic insurance and judicial practices related to property, bodily injury, and death compensation claims.
