Advanced Bankruptcy Administration Practical Training

Training Method: In-Person (Face-to-Face)
Training Duration: 2 Days – 12 Hours
Training Dates: 17–18 October 2025 — 17:00–23:00
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – Block C
Number of Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 30

(If the participant number is below 15, the training will not be held, and the full fee will be refunded. For 30 or more applications, new groups will be formed based on registration priority. Participants will be informed about venue, schedule, and timing details in advance by our Call Center.)

Training Fee: 3,750 TRY (including 10% VAT)


Important Notice about Campus Access:
As of 20 September 2025, entry to the campus is controlled via HGS (Automatic Toll System), and vehicle license plates are automatically charged.
This fee is not related to our institution.


Important Information

This program is independent from the Basic Bankruptcy Administration Training and is not a mandatory course.
It is designed exclusively for those who have already completed the basic training, aiming to enhance personal development and provide practical insights through real-world examples.
The certificate issued cannot be used as proof of the five-year professional experience requirement.


Purpose of the Training

The purpose of the Bankruptcy Administration Practical Training is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a Bankruptcy Administrator during the insolvency process, and to ensure competence in the liquidation phase.

The training is designed for professionals who wish to conduct the bankruptcy liquidation process accurately and fairly, focusing on:

  • Advancing the liquidation procedure

  • Taking preventive measures and necessary actions

  • Reviewing creditor claim applications

  • Evaluating reclamation (ownership) claims on assets recorded in the bankruptcy ledger

  • Issuing decisions of acceptance / partial acceptance / rejection

  • Preparing the order of distribution (rank table)

  • Managing post-bankruptcy concordat procedures

  • Conducting Creditors’ Committee meetings and presenting activity reports

  • Making sales decisions and distributing proceeds

  • Submitting the final liquidation report, announcing the closure of bankruptcy, and notifying relevant institutions

    • Ordinary bankruptcy through enforcement

    • Bankruptcy based on negotiable instruments

    • Direct bankruptcy cases

  2. Initial Tasks of the Bankruptcy Office after the Bankruptcy Decision

    • Publication of the bankruptcy decision and required notifications

    • Identification and preservation of debtor’s assets

    • Evaluation of operational permit requests

  3. Legal Consequences of Bankruptcy

    • Effects on the bankrupt individual

    • Effects on lease agreements, enforcement proceedings, and civil cases

  4. Formation of the Bankruptcy Estate (Masa)

    • Procedures for inventory and recordkeeping

    • Determination of assets entering the estate

    • Rights of pledge holders and treatment of leased assets

    • Examination of the debtor and preparation of minutes

  5. Determining the Type of Liquidation

    • Simple and ordinary liquidation methods

    • Suspension or annulment of liquidation

  6. Management of the Bankruptcy Estate

    • First creditors’ meeting: quorum, agenda, and decision-making

    • Election, duties, and responsibilities of administrators

    • Administrative procedures of the bankruptcy board

  7. Key Considerations for Administrators

    • Handling reclamation claims

    • Continuing business operations when necessary

    • Urgent sale decisions and procedures

    • Authority to file lawsuits and manage ongoing cases

    • Collection of receivables on behalf of the estate

  8. Preparation of the Rank Table (Sıra Cetveli)

    • Evaluation and classification of claims

    • Publication and timeframe

    • Review of delayed claims and preparation of supplementary lists

  9. Concordat after Bankruptcy

    • Handling concordat requests in creditors’ meetings

    • Voting procedures and approval of the concordat

    • Post-approval steps and administrative duties

  10. Liquidation of the Estate

    • Second creditors’ meeting and reporting

    • Sale of assets and enforcement procedures

    • Distribution of proceeds and preparation of the final statement

  11. Closure of Bankruptcy

    • Submission of the final report

    • Public announcement and official notifications

  12. Tax Obligations

    • Fiscal responsibilities after the bankruptcy decision

    • Tax procedures if operations continue

    • Review and appeal of tax penalties

  13. Sample Administrative Decisions and Correspondence

Additional Information

  • Participants with at least 80% attendance will receive a certificate of participation. Those with less than 79% attendance will not receive any certificate.

  • After verification, certificates will be issued and delivered via PTT Cargo to the registered address. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
