This training has no relation to the Basic Bankruptcy Administration Training and is not mandatory. It is specifically designed for individuals who have completed the Basic Bankruptcy Administration Training, to support personal development regarding practical processes and reinforce this knowledge with examples.

The certificate provided at the end of this training cannot be used as proof of five years of experience.

Training Purpose

The purpose of the Bankruptcy Administration Application Training is to ensure that participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills regarding the duties and responsibilities of the bankruptcy administrator and the bankruptcy liquidation process during the insolvency process.

This training is aimed at professionals who wish to conduct the bankruptcy liquidation process in a correct and fair manner, focusing on topics such as advancing the bankruptcy liquidation process, taking necessary precautions, reviewing receivables, assessing claims related to assets recorded in the bankruptcy registry, making acceptance/partial acceptance/rejection decisions, preparing the priority schedule, procedures and operations during post-bankruptcy concordat, creditor board meetings and activity reports, making sales decisions, distributing funds, presenting the final report, declaring the bankruptcy closure, and notifying the relevant institutions.

Important Notifications

  • Participation certificates will be issued to those who attend 80% or more of the total training duration.
  • No certificate will be issued for attendance of 79% or less.
  • After completing the training, certificates will be issued after internal checks and sent to the addresses provided during registration via PTT Cargo.
  • It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their address and contact information are up to date.
