Training Duration: 36 Hours (4 Days)

Who Can Attend the Training
According to Article 1, Section 1 of the Ministry Circular No. 171 on the Procedures and Principles of the Basic Training for Concordat Commissioners:
(I) The basic training program, which includes the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to perform the duties of a commissioner, may be taken by individuals with at least five years of professional experience.
Attendance Requirement
Attendance to the basic training program is mandatory.
Training institutions are required to maintain attendance sheets. Participants who miss more than 1/12 of the total course hours will be dismissed from the program.
Validity Period of the Concordat Commissioner Certificate
Commissioners must attend a renewal training program at least once every three years, consisting of no less than 12 hours in total.
A commissioner must participate in this renewal training within the third year from the date of registration on the official list.
Commissioners who fail to attend the renewal program cannot be re-registered.

Duties, powers, obligations, and legal & criminal liabilities of commissioners

Creditors’ committee and its duties

Crisis management in enterprises

Report writing techniques and procedures

Other subjects deemed necessary by the Presidency
Instructors
The basic training program is delivered by professors, associate professors, or PhD holders specialized in:
Certificate of Participation
Participants who successfully complete the basic training will receive a certificate of completion within 15 days after the program ends.
Exemption from the Commissioner Training
Individuals who hold the academic titles of Professor or Associate Professor in the fields of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting are exempt from the commissioner training.
Important Information

After the Regional Boards of Expertise announce the registration dates for the Concordat Commissioner Registry, applications will be made online using the participation certificate and other required documents.
Physical (in-person) applications will not be accepted.

After the completion of the training, certificates will be issued following institutional verification and sent via PTT Cargo to the address provided during registration.
