Day 2: Basics of Prompting and Best Practices
• Rules for writing prompts
• Open-ended and closed-ended questions
• Applications from business and public institutions with examples

Day 3: AI Use for Different Professions
• AI in education: lesson planning, content creation
• AI in healthcare: routine reports and informational support
• AI in local government: citizen requests, reporting
• AI in private sector administration: correspondence, reports, meeting notes

Day 4: Creative and Analytical Use Cases

Day 5: Practical Exercises and Closing
• Participants work on developing prompts suitable for their own professions
