  • Detailed analysis of business expenses (feed, labor, energy, health)
  • Feed costs as the most critical expense: strategies to reduce and optimize
  • Preparation of a simple annual business budget and cash flow tracking
  • Impact of cost accounting on profitability

Day 2: Productivity Metrics and Goal Setting

  • Critical productivity measurements by animal type (pregnancy rate, lactation yield, etc.)
  • Setting concrete and measurable goals to increase profitability (SMART)
  • Regular tracking and interpretation of performance data
  • Identifying weaknesses through data analysis

Day 3: Government Incentives and Financial Management

  • Government support and grant programs for livestock sector (IPARD, etc.)
  • Use of low-interest loans from Ziraat Bank, Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, and KOSGEB
  • Preparing realistic business plans for funding applications
  • Capital management and borrowing strategies

Day 4: Product Marketing and Branding

  • Marketing strategies (organic, free-range, special breeds)
  • Direct-to-consumer sales and e-commerce
  • Building brand awareness: turning quality and trust into corporate identity
  • Pricing strategies and competition analysis

Day 5: Risk Management and Digitalization

  • Managing risks such as epidemics, price fluctuations, and natural disasters
  • Creating agricultural insurance and emergency action plans
  • Using herd management software and automation technologies for profitability
  • Monitoring sector trends and making future investment decisions

As a result of mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (face-to-face / online) are determined and the relevant processes are completed.
