About the Training

The mandatory 8-hour Basic OHS Training for low-risk workplaces (all 4 main topics) can be delivered entirely online under the new legislation effective April 2, 2026.

Our institution provides the latest technological infrastructure so employers can fully meet legal obligations. Employees complete training without work loss, while HR and OHS departments monitor the process transparently.

4. Job- and Workplace-Specific Risks (Low-Risk Class) General hazards (working at height, falling, confined spaces, fire, special-risk equipment). Topics are selected according to workplace risk class and employee role.

Assessment and Certification

  • Participants take an online evaluation exam.
  • Score ≥60/100 is passing; failed participants get 2 retake attempts.
  • Successful participants receive a Basic Training Certificate in legally required "Annex-2" format.

Important Legal Reminders for Employers

  • Training counts as working hours: 8 lesson hours are part of employees’ work time.
  • Job Start Training: Employees must have at least 2 hours of face-to-face "Job Start Training" before starting work.
  • Renewal Period: Low-risk OHS training must be repeated every three years.
