Training Information

• Training Method: Online (Virtual) Training
• Training Dates: Will be scheduled once a sufficient number of pre-registrations are received.
• Training Duration: 9 Hours
• Number of Participants: Minimum 50, Maximum 70 people

Purpose of the Training

The training is organized to inform company managers and employees about "Body Language". The aim is for participants to improve their communication skills and raise awareness of the body language they use in communication.

Training Process

• The training will be broadcast live online.
• To attend the training, you must have internet access and an appropriate internet plan.
• You will need a device (smartphone, tablet, or preferably a computer) with a camera and microphone to access the training system.
• Participants will join the system with their cameras and microphones open, together with the instructor, at the specified lesson times.
• Before the training starts, usernames and passwords will be sent to participants by email.
• After the training is completed, the system will remain open for 7 more days. The system will be closed at 11:00 PM on the seventh day.
• A WhatsApp group will be created where only the administrator can send messages. During the class, all kinds of support will be shared by the administrator.

Important Information

• A certificate will be issued for participants who attend 80% or more of the total training time. No certificate will be issued for participants who attend 79% or less.

• After the training is completed, certificates will be prepared following the institution's checks and sent to the addresses provided during registration via PTT Cargo. Please ensure that your address and contact details are up-to-date.

• Participants can send any questions or concerns to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored throughout the training period.

• Applications and training fees are paid online through internet payment. Installments are not available for credit card payments.

Attention: If someone who has registered for the training cannot attend due to a valid reason or cancels their registration, the refund process may take up to 1 month due to internal correspondence related to the revolving fund regulations. Please take this into consideration before finalizing your registration.
