Training Information

  • Training Method: Online (Virtual) Training
  • Training Dates: Will be scheduled once sufficient pre-registration is reached.

  • Training Fee: 7,500 TL including 10% VAT

Purpose of the Training

The “Communiqué on Financial Reporting Standard for Medium and Large Enterprises” and its annex were published in the Official Gazette No. 30138 (Repeating), dated 29 July 2017.

The Financial Reporting Standard for Medium and Large Enterprises (BOBİ FRS) provides the financial reporting framework for companies subject to independent audit that do not apply Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). The aim of BOBİ FRS is to prepare accurate, relevant, and comparable financial statements.

Training Process

  • The training will be broadcast live online in real-time.
  • Internet access and a sufficient internet package are required to participate.
  • Participants need a device (smartphone, tablet, or preferably a computer) with a camera and microphone connected to the internet.
  • During the scheduled class hours, participants will join the system with the instructor with camera and microphone on.
  • Before the training, usernames and passwords will be sent to participants by email.
  • The system will remain open for 7 days after the training. It will be completely closed at 23:00 on the 7th day.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created for support where only the administrator can send messages. Support information will be shared during class hours.
  • Questions and issues can be sent to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.

Important Information

  • Certificates will be issued to participants who attend at least 80% of the training. No certificate will be issued for less than 80% attendance.
  • After completion, certificates will be issued following institutional checks and sent via PTT Cargo to the registered addresses. Contact details must be up-to-date.
  • Participants can send their questions to usem@uludag.edu.tr.
  • Training fees are paid online. Installments are not available for bank/credit card payments.
  • For corporate invoice payments, contact our support center at 0850 840 8543.

Note: In case participants with confirmed registration cannot attend for a valid reason or cancel their registration, refunds may take approximately 1 month due to internal procedures. Please consider this before registering.
