Training Information

• Training Method: Online (Live) Training
• Training Duration: 30 Hours
• Training Date: Will be scheduled once sufficient preliminary applications are received
• Training Capacity: A group will be formed with a maximum of 30 people. Multiple groups will be opened in case of high demand.
• Who Can Attend? Academics, teachers, and institutional staff providing training, HR employees trained as trainers in private institutions, and individuals interested in distance learning processes.

Objective of the Training

Participants will gain the knowledge and skills required for educator training competency.

Training Process

• The training will be broadcast live online in real-time.
• Internet access and a suitable internet package are required.
• A device with camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer) is required.
• Participants will log into the system with their cameras and microphones on during class hours with the instructor.
• Username and password will be sent via email before the start.
• The system will remain open for 7 more days after the training is completed.
• Support will be shared only via administrator messages.

Important Information:

• Certificates will be issued for participants with 80% or more attendance. No certificates will be issued for those with 79% or less attendance.

• After completing the training, certificates will be prepared following our institution's checks and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided at the time of registration. Your address and contact information should be up to date.

• Participants can send any questions or issues to our email at usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training period.

• Application and training fees are paid online via internet payment. Installments are not available for credit card payments.

Note: In cases where participants who have made a final registration are unable to attend or cancel their registration for a valid reason, due to internal correspondence processes arising from the revolving fund regulation, refunds may take an average of 1 month. Please keep this in mind before making a final registration.
