Training Information

• Training Method: Face-to-Face (Onsite) Training
• Training Duration: 32 Hours (24 Hours Theory, 8 Hours Practice)
• Training Date: Specified in the group name.
• Training Quota: Each group has a quota of 30 participants.
• Training Process: A WhatsApp group will be created close to the training date and all notifications will be shared there.

Purpose of the Training

The mediation mechanism has become a critical need for businesses and professionals to resolve commercial disputes quickly, effectively, and at low cost. The Commercial Law Specialist Mediation Training aims for participants to gain in-depth knowledge of commercial disputes, achieve mastery of legislation, and develop professional mediation skills applicable in practice.

During the training, broad topics are covered including commercial enterprise regulations, disputes arising from corporate law, conflicts from commercial contracts, current account, agency, franchise, dealership systems, transport and insurance contracts. Participants learn how commercial disputes are managed during the mediation process through current Supreme Court decisions and practical examples.

Who Can Attend?

Only those registered in the Mediator Registry of the Mediation Department can attend.

Trainers

Training is provided by faculty members and practitioners whose CVs have been accredited by the Mediation Department of the Turkish Ministry of Justice, Directorate of Legal Affairs.

Important Information:

• Attendance is mandatory. Participants exceeding 1/12 absence ratio will be considered absent.
• After completion of the training, certificates will be issued following our institutional controls and sent to the addresses provided at registration via PTT Cargo. Address and contact details must be up-to-date.
• Participants can send all questions and issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.
• Application and payment for the training are made online. Installments are not available for credit card payments.
• The Ministry of Justice, Mediation Department approves trainings in multiple sub-specialty areas simultaneously. If you are enrolled in another program with overlapping schedule, ARASİS will remove you from the system. Please consider this before applying or register for future programs accordingly.

Note: In case of inability to attend after confirmed registration, refunds may take approximately 1 month due to internal processes. Please take this into account before registering.
