• Training Capacity: 30 participants per group
• Training Location: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus
• Training Process: A WhatsApp group will be set up shortly before the training, and all notifications will be made through it.

Training Content

The basic training covers the essential concepts, institutions, and general principles of civil procedure law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, commercial law, bankruptcy administration, crisis management in businesses, general economics, basic concepts of finance and fees, basic concepts of accounting, analysis of financial reports and business activities, qualifications, duties, powers, responsibilities, and legal and criminal liabilities of bankruptcy administrators, the management of the bankruptcy liquidation process, and the writing methods and techniques for reports, minutes, and documents prepared during the process, as well as other topics deemed necessary by the Directorate.

• Basic training contains the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for performing bankruptcy administration duties.
• Basic training consists of at least thirty-six lesson hours; it may be extended with the approval of the Ministry.
• Basic training is provided by professors, associate professors, or PhDs in the fields of civil procedure and enforcement bankruptcy law, civil law, commercial law, and business, economics, finance, and accounting.
• The training covers the general principles of civil procedure and enforcement bankruptcy law, commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy legislation, business, economics, finance, accounting, the qualifications, duties, powers, obligations, and legal and criminal liabilities of the bankruptcy administrator, and methods and techniques for report writing.
• Participation in the basic training is mandatory; those who attend less than 1/12 of the classes will be excluded from the training program.
• The content, method, procedures, and principles of basic training may be updated by the Ministry according to needs.

• Professors, associate professors, or PhDs in civil procedure and enforcement bankruptcy law, civil law, commercial law, and business, economics, finance, and accounting are exempt from the bankruptcy administrator training.

Who Can Take the Training?

The bankruptcy administration officer basic training is taken by individuals who have at least five years of professional experience in the relevant field.

Important Information

• Attendance is mandatory in training sessions. Participants who exceed 1/12 absenteeism will not be able to continue the training.
• After the training is completed, certificates will be issued and sent to the address you provided during registration via PTT Cargo after internal controls within the institution.
• It is the responsibility of participants to keep their address and contact information up to date.

Note: In case of cancellation or inability to attend the training with a valid reason, the refund process may take approximately 1 month due to internal communications tied to the revolving fund regulations. Please consider this before making a final registration.
