Training Information
- Training Method: Online (Synchronous) Training (Can be arranged in-person if requested by a group.)
- Training Duration: 12 Lesson Hours
- Training Dates: Will be scheduled once sufficient pre-registrations are received.
- Participant Quota: Minimum 30, maximum 50 participants per session
Who Can Participate?
Any lawyer who currently practices or wishes to practice mediation can attend.
Training Purpose
The training aims to provide mediators with the necessary skills in newly added areas as a legal requirement and to issue certificates.

- Rights and obligations of landlords
- Rights and obligations of tenants
- Termination and expiration of rental agreements
- Eviction of leased property
- Rental adjustment and determination lawsuits
- Compensation lawsuits arising from rental agreements
- Deadlines for filing lawsuits and applying to mediation
- Evaluation of mediation processes in rental disputes
- Suitability of rental disputes for mediation
- Basic principles and reflection of mediation stages on rental disputes
- Preparation of mediation documents and records
Training Process
- The training will be broadcast live online.
- Participants need internet access and a sufficient data plan in the location where they will attend.
- To use the training system, participants need a device with internet access (smartphone, tablet, or preferably a computer) with a camera and microphone enabled.
- Participants will log into the system with cameras and microphones on at the scheduled class times with the instructor.
- Before the training starts, participants will receive usernames and passwords via email.
- After the training is completed, the system will remain open for participants for an additional 7 days, closing at 23:00 on the seventh day.
- A WhatsApp group with administrator-only messaging will be set up for assistance during the training. All questions and issues can be sent to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.
Important Information
- Certificates are issued for participants attending at least 80% of the total training. Participants with 79% or lower attendance will not receive a certificate.
- After the training, certificates will be issued following internal checks and sent via PTT courier to the address provided during registration. Ensure your address and contact information are up to date.
- Participants can send questions to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during training.
- Training registration and payment are done online. Installment payments with bank or credit cards are not available.

Note: If participants cannot attend after final registration, refunds may take approximately 1 month due to internal processes of revolving funds. Please consider this before final registration.
