Training Information
- Training Method: In-person Training
- Duration: 32 hours (Theoretical: 24 hours, Practical: 8 hours)
- Date: Will be scheduled once enough preliminary registrations are received.
- Location: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus
- Capacity: Maximum 30 participants per group
Training Objective
The aim is to provide registered mediators of the Mediation Department with expert status in Construction Law and issue the corresponding certification.
Who Can Participate?
Only mediators registered in the Mediation Department's mediator registry are eligible to participate.
Instructors
The training is delivered by accredited faculty members and practitioners approved by the Directorate of Legal Affairs, Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice of Turkey.
Important Information
- Attendance is mandatory. Participants who miss more than 1/12 of the sessions will be considered absent.
- After the training, certificates will be issued following internal checks and sent to the address provided during registration via PTT courier. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
- Participants can send questions to usem@uludag.edu.tr; emails will be monitored in real time during the training.
- Registration and payment are conducted online. Installment payments via bank or credit cards are not possible.

- The Ministry of Justice allows simultaneous trainings in multiple sub-specialty areas. If your chosen program overlaps with another program, you will be automatically removed from the system. Please consider this when registering or apply for a later program.
Note: In case of absence after final registration, refunds may take approximately 1 month due to internal administrative processes. Please take this into consideration before registering.
