Training Information

• Training Method: In-person Training
• Duration: 24 hours (Theoretical: 16 hours, Practical: 8 hours)
• Date: Will be scheduled once sufficient pre-registrations are received.
• Location: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus
• Capacity: 30 participants per group

Who Can Participate?

Only mediators registered in the Mediation Department’s registry are eligible to participate.

Training Objective

The aim is to provide mediators registered with the Mediation Department with expert status and certification in Intellectual Property Law.

Instructors

The training is delivered by accredited faculty members and practitioners approved by the Directorate of Legal Affairs, Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice of Turkey.

Important Information

• Attendance is mandatory. Participants who miss more than 1/12 of the sessions will be considered absent.
• Certificates will be issued after internal verification and sent via PTT courier to the address provided at registration. Ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
• Participants can send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr; emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.
• Registration and payment are conducted online. Installment payments via bank or credit card are not available.
• For corporate invoice payments, please contact our service center at 0850 840 8543.
• The Ministry of Justice allows multiple specialized training programs simultaneously. If your chosen program overlaps with another program, you will be removed from the system. Please consider this before registering or apply for a later session.

Note: Refunds for participants who cannot attend after final registration due to valid reasons may take approximately 1 month due to internal administrative procedures. Please take this into consideration before registering.
