Education Information

  • Education Method: Online (Synchronous) Training (Can be planned face-to-face if requested collectively.)
  • Duration: 8 Lesson Hours (6 Hours Theory, 2 Hours Practice)
  • Capacity: Minimum 30, maximum 50 participants.
  • Education Date: Will be scheduled once sufficient pre-registrations are received.
  • Education Process: A WhatsApp group will be created shortly before the training and all notifications will be shared there.

Who Can Attend?

Any lawyer currently practicing or intending to practice mediation can participate.

Purpose of Training

To provide mediators with skill-enhancing training in areas newly added as a legal requirement and to grant certification.

Training Content

  • Overview of Law No. 634 on Condominium Ownership and related legislation
  • Disputes arising from shared revenues and expenses
  • Legal disputes regarding the annulment of decisions made by the Condominium Owners’ Assembly
  • Urban transformation and legal disputes in condominium ownership
  • Obligations and liabilities of the manager
  • Disputes arising from the rights and receivables of the apartment staff
  • Disputes related to the maintenance, protection, and common expenses of the main property
  • Evaluation of the mediation process
  • Mediability of disputes arising from the Condominium Ownership Law
  • Impact of basic principles and mediation stages on condominium disputes
  • Enforceability of agreements
  • Preparation of mediation documents and minutes

Education Process

  • The training will be broadcast live online.
  • You need internet access and a suitable internet plan to attend.
  • A device with camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, preferably a computer) connected to the internet is required.
  • Participants will join the system with camera and microphone on during scheduled lesson hours.
  • Usernames and passwords will be sent via email before the training.
  • The system will remain open for 7 days after training completion.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created for support with messages only from the administrator. Questions can be sent to usem@uludag.edu.tr.

Important Information

  • Attendance certificate is issued for at least 80% participation.
  • Certificates will be sent via PTT Cargo after internal verification.
  • Participants can direct questions to usem@uludag.edu.tr.
  • Training fees are paid online via credit or debit card.

Note: Refunds may take about 1 month due to internal procedures in case of cancellation.
