Technicians and masters working in automotive after-sales, those who want to work in the auto expertise sector after-sales, or those who already work in this sector and want to specialize.

Training Objective

The aim is to improve the theoretical and practical skills of employees in automotive after-sales regarding internal combustion engine fault detection and repair.

• 1.1 Basic electrical, electronics and measurement knowledge
• 1.2 Structure and operating principles of sensors and actuators
• 1.3 Measurement and faults of sensors and actuators
• Diesel engine fuel system structure, operation and faults
• Gasoline engine fuel system structure, operating principles and faults
• Gasoline engine ignition systems structure, operation and faults
• Engine air charging systems and faults
• 5.1 Turbocharger
• 5.2 Supercharger
• 5.3 Intercooler
• 5.4 Variable valve timing systems (VVT-Vanos)
• Exhaust emission control systems and faults
• 6.1 EGR
• 6.2 Catalytic converter
• 6.3 Particulate filter
• 6.4 SCR
• 6.5 Additive systems
• Engine mechanics and mechanical engine failures

• A participation certificate will be issued only to participants with 70% or higher attendance.
