Mediation Department Announcement Dated October 3, 2024
The mediation renewal training, as stated in Article 32, Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Mediation Law in Legal Disputes, is mandatory for mediators every three years. The training consists of both theoretical and practical parts, and must not be less than eight hours in total, provided by institutions authorized to give mediation training.
The procedures and principles related to the renewal training have been determined, and this training will be provided by the institutions authorized to give mediation training in the coming days.
1-) Mediators who have taken training (latest specialized training) in any field and have passed three years since the completion of that training must take renewal training.
2-) Mediators who have passed three years since their registration in the mediation registry and have not received renewal training or specialized training in any field must take renewal training.

Important Information
- Attendance is mandatory in the training. Participants will be considered absent if the attendance rate exceeds 1/12.
- After the training duration is completed, certificates will be issued following the controls of our institution and sent to the addresses entered during registration via PTT Cargo. Your address and contact details should be up to date.

- Training applications and training fees are paid online. Installment options are not available for credit card payments.

Note: In case of valid reasons for not being able to attend the training and canceling the registration, refund due to internal correspondence caused by the revolving fund operation regulations may take approximately one month. Please consider this before making a final registration.
