  • Marketing and Sales: Information is provided on marketing strategies, customer segmentation, market research, digital marketing, and the management of sales processes. This section also includes how to identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Production and Operations Management: Focuses on production processes, supply chain management, quality control, and production efficiency. Participants learn how to use organizational resources more efficiently and sustain quality in product/service production.
  • Human Resources Management: Covers recruitment processes, employee motivation, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. How this function can be optimized to ensure organizational success is discussed.

If an agreement is reached, suitable dates, times, and the training location are determined based on the availability of the institution’s participants and our academic staff.
