The Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Development Program equips participants with in-depth knowledge and skills in motorcycle maintenance, repair, and engine technologies, enabling them to specialize in the industry.

 

The training is for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in trainings where the MYK authorization certificate is mandatory.

    • Types of motorcycles: Road bikes, sport bikes, choppers, cruisers
    • Importance of maintenance and recommended intervals
    • Basic maintenance tools and equipment
    • Maintenance procedures based on engine type and design
  • Engine Technologies and Working Principles

    • Internal combustion engines: Differences between 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines
    • Engine components: Cylinder, piston, crankshaft, valve system
    • Electrical systems: Lighting, battery, starter motor, charging system
    • Fuel systems: Injectors, fuel pump, air filter
    • Cooling and lubrication systems: Coolant, oil filter, oil pump
  • Maintenance and Repair Procedures

    • Engine oil change and maintenance procedures

The training is open to corporate collaborations, and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned based on the corporate participant profile and your specific needs. Following mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the related processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable dates and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the location of the training, will be determined.
