Training Information

  • Training Method: In-Person (Formal) Training
  • Training Duration: 12 Lesson Hours
  • Training Capacity: There are 30 spots available for each group.

Who Can Take the Training?

Those who have completed the basic training must participate in the renewal training, which must be at least twelve hours, within three years from the date they were added to the list.

Regulations for the Basic and Renewal Training of Bankruptcy Administration

Purpose of the Training

The renewal training covers the qualities and duties of the bankruptcy administrator, the execution of the bankruptcy administration duties, the latest developments in bankruptcy administration, issues encountered during bankruptcy administration activities, and solutions to these problems, assessed through case studies. It also includes other topics deemed necessary by the Department Head. Bankruptcy administrators who do not participate in the renewal training cannot apply again without taking this training.

  • The qualities and duties of the bankruptcy administrator,
  • The execution of the bankruptcy administration duties,
  • The latest developments in bankruptcy administration,
  • Case-based practical training to assess the problems encountered during bankruptcy administration activities and proposed solutions.

Important Information

  • Attendance is mandatory in the training. Participants will be considered absent if the absence exceeds the 1/12 ratio.
  • After the completion of the training, certificates will be issued following internal checks by our institution and sent to the addresses provided during registration via PTT Cargo. Your address and contact details must be up to date.
  • Participants can write to usem@uludag.edu.tr for any questions or issues. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training period.
  • Application and training fees are processed online. Installments are not available for credit card payments.

Note: In the event of inability to attend the training or cancel registration due to a valid reason after making a confirmed registration, the fee refund process may take up to 1 month due to internal correspondence arising from the revolving capital management regulations. Please take this into account before making a confirmed registration.
