2. What is Integrated Reporting?

• Definition and Importance of Integrated Reporting: Integrated reporting describes the process of creating long-term value through the combination of financial and non-financial information. This module will cover the integrated reporting framework, international reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrated Reporting Standards and Guidelines: Introduction to international reporting standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Integrated Reporting Framework (IR). How these standards guide businesses.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Sustainability Reporting

• KPIs and Targets: Key performance indicators (KPIs) used to achieve sustainability goals. Environmental KPIs like energy consumption, water usage, waste management, carbon footprint, as well as social responsibility and governance-related KPIs.
• Measuring and Tracking KPIs: How KPIs are determined, measured, and reported. The proper selection of KPIs and tracking methods to assess sustainability performance.

4. Integrated Reporting Process

• Data Collection and Analysis: Methods for data collection and analysis when starting the integrated reporting process. Collecting and properly analyzing environmental, social, and governance data. Best practices regarding the reliability and accuracy of data.
• Reporting and Presentation: Creating sustainability reports and presenting them according to the integrated reporting framework. Preparing reports in a language appropriate for the target audience, and using visual and graphical elements.

• Strategic Planning and Implementation: How businesses can develop sustainability strategies and integrate them into their strategic plans. Including topics like climate change, resource usage, and energy efficiency into long-term business strategies.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Climate Action: Developing CSR projects and strategies for combating climate change. How businesses can implement environmentally friendly projects.

6. Challenges and Opportunities in Integrated Reporting

• Challenges: The challenges faced during the integrated reporting process and ways to overcome them. Data accuracy, reporting standards, costs, and labor requirements.
• Opportunities: The opportunities presented by the integrated reporting process. How businesses can become more transparent in their sustainability journey, establish strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to long-term value creation and business performance.

The training is open for corporate collaboration (institution/company packages), and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be restructured according to the corporate participant profile and needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. Once agreement is reached, suitable days and times for your institution's participants and our instructors will be determined, and the training location will be set.
