Training Information
Training Method: Face-to-face
Training Duration: 12 Hours (2 Days – 6 Hours per Day)
Training Date and Hours: September 4–5, 2025 | 17:00 – 23:00
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – Block C
If a sufficient number of participants is reached in other provinces outside Bursa, additional in-person training sessions will be organized in those provinces on separately scheduled dates.
Number of Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 30 participants
If fewer than 20 participants register, fees will be refunded and the training will not be held. For 30 or more participants, new groups will be formed based on registration priority. Details regarding the training venue, schedule, and hours will be shared with participants via WhatsApp before the training.
Training Fee: 3,250 TL (including 10% VAT)
Certificate: Certificate of Participation (with a minimum of 80% attendance)
Training Objective
The Judicial Communication Detection (HTS) Training is designed to provide knowledge and skills related to the examination, analysis, and evaluation of communication data (audio, video, text, etc.) within judicial processes.

This training is primarily intended for law enforcement personnel, digital forensics experts, legal professionals, and other related practitioners, contributing to faster, more reliable, and more effective judicial processes.
Important:
The training is organized to enhance the professional development and knowledge base of individuals who meet the qualifications announced by the Expert Witness Department and who have at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field, as required in Basic Expert Witnessing.
The certificate obtained at the end of this training cannot be used as proof of the 5-year work experience requirement in the field.
