Training Information
Training Method: Face-to-face
Training Date: To be scheduled when a sufficient number of preliminary applications are received.
Training Hours: To be announced when a sufficient number of participants is reached.
Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – C Block
If a minimum number of participants is reached in other 80 provinces, the training will also be conducted face-to-face on separately scheduled dates in those provinces.

Number of Participants: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants.
If fewer than 20 participants register, the course will be canceled, and fees refunded. For 30+ participants, new groups will be formed according to registration priority. Training details will be shared with participants via WhatsApp before the start date.

Training Fee: 5,000 TL (Including 10% VAT)
Certificate: Certificate of Attendance (awarded to participants with at least 80% attendance)

Training Objective

The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the ability to investigate, analyze, and report occupational accidents in the workplace comprehensively.
It covers the creation of investigation teams, initiation of inquiries, scene management, witness interviews, root cause identification, corrective action planning, and expert reporting.
Participants will also gain a legal and procedural understanding of expert duties, liability distribution, and differences between report formats required for Prosecutor’s Offices, Criminal Courts, and Labor Courts.


Important:

This training is designed to enhance professional knowledge and skills for individuals meeting the qualifications announced by the Department of Expert Witnessing of the Ministry of Justice, requiring at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
The certificate obtained from this training cannot be used as proof of the 5-year professional experience requirement.

  • Conceptual Approach to Occupational Accidents

  • Hazard, Risk, Unsafe Acts and Conditions

  • Legal Obligations Regarding Work Accidents

  • Documenting and Photographing the Accident Scene

  • Forming the Accident Investigation Team

  • Practical Session: Sample Accident Report

2nd Day

  • What is Root Cause Analysis and Why is it Needed?

  • Methods: Domino Theory, Fishbone Diagram, Swiss Cheese Model, Bowtie Model

  • Total Loss Control

  • Workshop: Scenario-Based Root Cause Analyses

3rd Day

  • Concept and Appointment of Expert Witnesses

  • Ethical Principles and Expert Fees

  • Fault Distribution in Accidents and Modern Approaches

  • Impact of Workplace Climate and Risk Perception

4th Day

  • Principles of Expert Report Preparation

  • Report Structure and Writing Standards

  • Review of SGK and Labor Inspection Reports

  • Workshop: Group Work and Sample Report Writing
