Training Information
Training Method: Face-to-face

Training Date and Time: To be scheduled when a sufficient number of pre-registrations is reached.

Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)

Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – Block C

Participant Quota: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants.
If the minimum number of participants is reached in other provinces, the training will also be conducted face-to-face in those cities on a scheduled date.

If the participant number is below 20, fees will be refunded and the training will not be held. For over 30 participants, new groups will be formed based on registration priority. Training schedules and details will be shared with participants via WhatsApp before the program starts.

Training Fee: 5,000 TL (including 10% VAT)
Certificate: A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants with at least 80% attendance.

Purpose of the Training

The purpose of the Qualified Calculations Arising from Labor Legislation Training is to ensure that the rights and obligations between employers and employees are determined in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner. Through this program, participants will gain competence in protecting legal rights, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting justice and transparency, supporting financial planning, and preventing disputes.

Note:
This training is organized to enhance the professional development and knowledge of individuals who meet the qualifications announced by the Department of Expertise of the Ministry of Justice and have at least five years of professional experience in their field, as required by the Basic Expert Training framework.

The certificate awarded after this training cannot be used as proof of five years of professional experience.

Training Content: Qualified Calculations Arising from Labor Legislation

1. Fundamentals of Labor Law and Introduction to Expertise

• Basic concepts and principles of Labor Law

• Employment contracts and types of termination

• Expertise in labor courts

• Expert Law and ethical rules

• Expert accounting and procedural principles

2. Compensation and Labor Receivables

• Severance and notice pay: calculation and examples

• Reinstatement lawsuits and compensation

• Labor receivables and types of compensation

• Wage, bonus, and social benefit components

• Overtime, weekend, and national holiday pay calculations

• Annual leave, rest breaks, and working hours

• Bad faith, military service, disability, and discrimination compensations

3. Practical Workshop I – Calculation and Reporting

• Report writing, practical exercises, and evaluation

• Preparation of expert reports

• Formatting, tables, and footnote usage

• Common errors and Supreme Court practices

• Example report analysis

4. Practical Workshop II – Mini Report and Oral Presentation

• Application-based calculations

• Preparation and presentation of sample mini reports

Important Information

• Participants with 80% or higher attendance will receive a Certificate of Participation.

• Certificates will be sent by PTT Cargo after the training.
