Purpose of the Training

The purpose of this course is to teach participants how to analyze factors influencing land and site values, apply various valuation methods, and perform market-based value determination. Participants will learn the fundamental concepts, legal framework, planning, and zoning regulations required to objectively determine the economic value of real properties.

• How to reflect zoning data in expert reports

• Practical applications using digital parcel and address systems

Day 3: Valuation Process and Methods

• Data collection and field procedures

• Choosing the right valuation method

• Comparative and income approaches in land valuation

• Case studies on appraisal through comparable sales and income-based methods

Day 4: Applied Expert Reporting

• Report structure and preparation techniques

• Review and analysis of sample valuation reports

Certification and Administrative Information

• Certificates are issued to participants with at least 80% attendance.
