Purpose of the Training
The purpose of this course is to teach participants how to analyze factors influencing land and site values, apply various valuation methods, and perform market-based value determination. Participants will learn the fundamental concepts, legal framework, planning, and zoning regulations required to objectively determine the economic value of real properties.
