Training Information

  • Training Method: Face-to-Face (Formal) Training
  • Training Date: Will be scheduled once sufficient pre-applications are reached.
  • Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days* 6 Hours)
  • Training Location: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus 
  • Training Process: A WhatsApp group will be created close to the training date and all announcements will be made there.
  • Training Quota: Opens with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 participants. If sufficient participants are reached in other provinces, face-to-face training will be planned in your city. Training is not held below 20 participants; fees are refunded. A new group is formed for applications over 30.
  • Participation Certificate: Issued for attendance of 80% or more.

Important Information

This training is organized to support professional development and increase knowledge of individuals who meet the qualifications announced by the Expert Witness Department and who have at least 5 years of professional experience in their field.

The certificate obtained at the end of the training cannot be used as proof of the 5-year work requirement.

Purpose of the Training

The aim of this course is to teach how to analyze the factors affecting the value of real estates such as land and plots, apply different valuation methods, and determine value in accordance with market conditions. Participants will gain the ability to objectively determine the economic value of real estates by learning basic concepts, legal framework, planning, and zoning legislation.
