Training Objective

This training provides participants with competency in protocol rules such as proper address, seating arrangements, welcoming, and farewells in official and corporate settings. Participants enhance their social and corporate representation skills, gaining confidence and demonstrating an effective presence.

Training Content

  • What is Protocol? Basic Concepts and History – Definition, importance, historical development, and role in official relations
  • Official and Corporate Protocol Rules – Principles of ceremonies, ranking, and hosting in state, institutional, and organizational settings
  • Forms of Address and Behavior – Use of titles, polite expressions, correct addressing, and social interaction rules
  • Meeting and Invitation Protocol – Seating arrangements, meeting management, guest reception, and farewell techniques
  • Official Visits and Dignitary Protocol – High-level visits, appointment procedures, formal correspondence language, and behavior
  • Dining and Event Etiquette – Formal dining rules, table setup, serving order, dress code, and etiquette
  • Corporate Representation and Conduct – Behaviors reflecting institutional identity, internal and external communication
  • Business Etiquette – Respect, effective communication, conflict management, and body language in professional environments
  • Personal Image and Effective Representation – Clothing, posture, gestures, voice tone, and individual expression skills
  • International Protocol and Cultural Differences – Protocol practices in different countries and respect for cultural diversity
  • Practical Scenarios and Case Studies – Examples of protocol mistakes, correct applications, and resolving representation challenges

The training is open for corporate collaboration (packages for institutions/companies); individual applications are not accepted. The content can be revised according to the profile and needs of corporate participants. Following mutual consultation, the scope and method of the training (face-to-face or online) are determined. Upon agreement, the location and schedule are arranged based on participants’ and instructors’ availability.
