• Machine Equipment and Operating Principles: Extruders, mold heads, air systems, cooling systems, and automation units.
• Raw Material Knowledge and Material Selection: Characteristics of plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC suitable for blow molding and extrusion processes.
• Production Parameters and Process Control: Management of temperature, pressure, cycle time, mold cooling, and blow air settings.
• Quality Control and Defect Analysis: Common defects like wall thickness distribution, deformation, bubble formation, and their causes and solutions.
• Energy Efficiency and Production Costs: Process improvement, waste reduction, and production optimization approaches.
• Practical Workshops and Product Review: Production, measurement, and quality evaluation of sample blow molding and extrusion products in a workshop environment.

The training is open for corporate collaboration (institution/company packages) and does not accept individual applications. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) will be determined and the relevant processes will be completed. Upon agreement, suitable dates, times, and locations for the training will be set with your institution’s participants and our instructors.
