• Working Principles and Chip Removal Process: Cutting processes and application principles in vertical and horizontal shaper machines.

• Parts That Can Be Machined with Shapers: Large mold surfaces, grooves, channels, and flat surface machining.

• Cutting Tools and Tool Selection: Choosing the appropriate cutting tool based on material type, clamping systems.

• Cutting Parameters and Adjustment Techniques: Feed rate, speed, cutting speed adjustments, and their effects on surface quality.

• Health and Safety Rules: Safety precautions to be observed while using the machine.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting Applications: Daily and periodic maintenance, common malfunctions, and corrective actions.

• The Role of Shaper Machines in the Production Process: Applications in mold making, defense industry, and heavy machinery sector.

• Practical Workshop Activities: Part machining, measurement, control, and evaluation using actual shaper machines.

This training is open for corporate collaboration (institution/company packages) and does not accept individual applications. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) will be determined and relevant processes will be completed. Upon agreement, suitable dates, times, and locations for the training will be set with your institution’s participants and our instructors.
