Training Content

• 1. Introduction to Superheated Water and Steam Systems: Definitions, usage areas, physical and thermodynamic properties.

• 2. Steam Generation and Distribution Systems: Types of boilers, steam generation, steam piping, and insulation techniques.

• 3. Superheated Water Systems and Application Areas: Temperature and pressure control, industrial heating systems, heating circuits.

• 4. Equipment and Automation Components: Valves, condensate drainage systems, pressure regulators, control panels.

• 5. System Design and Project Planning: Capacity calculations, flow diagrams, reading drawings, and planning.

• 6. Operation and Safety Protocols: Explosion risk, temperature/pressure safety, valve controls, and system inspection.

• 7. Maintenance and Fault Detection Methods: Routine checks, equipment replacement, detection and prevention of energy losses.

• 8. Legal Regulations and Certification: TS EN standards, operating permits, periodic inspections, and registration procedures.

The training is open to institutional cooperation (corporate/legal entity packages) and individual applications are not accepted. Based on the profile and needs of corporate participants, the training content can be replanned. After mutual discussions, the scope of the training and the method (Face-to-Face, Online) are determined, and the relevant processes are completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable days and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, and the place where the training will take place are decided.
