Practical Training on Islamic Inheritance (Faraid) Calculations

Training Method: In-Person (Face-to-Face)
Training Duration: 1 Day – 6 Hours
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – Block C
Number of Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 40

(If the number of participants is below 15, the training will not be held and the fee will be refunded.
For 30 or more participants, new groups will be formed based on registration priority.
Venue, schedule, and timing details will be shared with participants before the training by our Call Center.)

Training Fee: 1,500 TRY (including 10% VAT)

Important Notice about Campus Access:
As of 20 September 2025, campus entry is managed through the HGS (Automatic Toll System), and fees are automatically applied to vehicle license plates.
These charges are not related to our institution.

Important Information

This training is designed in line with the Basic Expert Training (Bilirkişilik) framework and targets professionals who meet the criteria announced by the Department of Expertise of the Ministry of Justice, particularly those with at least 5 years of field experience in relevant domains.

The purpose of this training is to support professional development and enhance knowledge in Islamic inheritance (Faraid) calculations.

The certificate issued after completion cannot be used as proof of the required five years of professional experience in the field.

Purpose of the Training

The goal of this program is to develop professional knowledge and raise awareness in Faraid (Islamic inheritance) calculations.

The training combines theoretical instruction with hands-on application through real-world case studies and practical examples, helping participants build a deeper understanding of calculation methods and their legal context.

Additional Information

• A certificate of participation will be issued to those with 80% or higher attendance.
  Participants with less than 79% attendance will not receive any certificate.

• After institutional verification, certificates will be prepared and sent via PTT Cargo to the address provided during registration.
