Training Dates: 21–22–23–24 October, 17:00–23:00
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – Block C
Number of Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 40

(If the number of participants is below 15, the training will not be held, and the fee will be refunded. For 30 or more participants, new groups will be formed based on registration priority. Venue, schedule, and timing details will be provided to participants by our Call Center prior to the start of the training.)

Training Fee: 6,000 TRY (including 10% VAT)

Important Information

This program is independent from the Basic Concordat Commissioner Training and not a mandatory course.
It is specifically designed for participants who have completed the basic training and aims to enhance personal development through practical process-based applications and real-life case examples.
The certificate issued cannot be used as evidence of five years of professional experience.


Purpose of the Training

The purpose of this training is to raise awareness among participants who have completed the Basic Concordat Commissioner Training, by providing them with practical knowledge and insights related to concordat procedures.

The concordat process will be examined in detail with its legal, technical, and financial dimensions, supported by case studies and real-world examples.


Training Content

A) Concordat within the Framework of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law

  • Definition and purpose of concordat

  • The commissioner’s role, neutrality, and independence

B) Concordat from the Debtor’s Perspective

C) Concordat from the Creditor’s Perspective

D) Commissioner’s Duties During the Concordat Process

  • Appointment and file transfer

  • Duties of the financial commissioner

  • Duties of the legal commissioner

  • Duties of the technical commissioner

  • Activity supervision

  • Court hearing responsibilities

E) Temporary Period (3+2 Months) – Reporting and Techniques

  • Opening meeting and commissioner instructions

  • Asset and cash verification

  • Calculation of fair value of company assets

  • Insolvency balance sheet

  • Concordat project feasibility report

  • Temporary period report and sample minutes

F) Final Period (12+6 Months) – Reporting and Techniques

  • Call for claim submissions and classification

  • Working with the creditors’ committee

  • Debt structure analysis (ordinary, pledged, mortgaged, leased, off-book debts)

  • Liquidation budget (operational cash flow, sale of idle assets)

  • Supplier and customer negotiations, sectoral coordination

  • Preparing for creditors’ meetings (invitation, agenda, attendance list)

  • Meeting management and vote supervision

  • Final report and confirmation stage

  • Payment plan and schedule

  • Sale of assets during concordat process

  • Effects of concordat on issued cheques

  • Final period report and sample minutes


Additional Information

  • A certificate of participation will be issued only to participants with 80% or higher attendance.
    Those with less than 79% attendance will not receive any document.

  • After institutional verification, certificates will be issued and delivered via PTT Cargo to the address provided at registration.
