This training is intended for professional development purposes. The certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate, which is mandatory for trainings requiring an MYK certificate.

Training Program: Innovative Agriculture (7 Days / 14 Hours)

Day 1: Fundamentals of Innovation in Agriculture (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • What is innovation? How is agricultural innovation defined?
  • Traditional agriculture vs. innovative agriculture
  • Global and local impacts of innovative agriculture
  • Examples of successful innovative agricultural practices (Netherlands, Israel, Turkey)
Day 2: Smart Agriculture Technologies (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • Digital agriculture: sensors, drones, GPS, artificial intelligence
  • Agricultural data management and decision support systems
  • Practical example: video and case study of field analysis using a drone
Day 3: Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Practices (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • Organic farming, permaculture, and agroecology
  • Methods for water and soil conservation
  • Climate-friendly production techniques
Day 4: Group Work: "My Agriculture Startup" (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • Participants are divided into small groups to develop an innovative agricultural startup idea.
  • Group presentations, discussion, and mentorship
Day 5: Digitalization in Agriculture and Software Use (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • Agricultural software systems and mobile applications
  • Remote monitoring and automation systems
  • Simple application introduction: Farmer Registration Systems, e-Farm platforms
Day 6: Vertical Farming, Hydroponic, and Aquaponic Systems (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • Introduction to alternative production techniques
  • Urban farming solutions and cost-effective systems
  • Example application: How to set up a small hydroponic system?
Day 7: Agriculture Entrepreneurship and Financial Resources (2 Hours / 20:00–22:00)
  • Startup and innovation models in agriculture
  • Support programs, grants, rural development projects (TKDK, KOSGEB, IPARD)
  • Developing an agricultural startup using a business model canvas
The training is open for institutional cooperation (institution/company packages) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the profile and needs of the institutional participants. After mutual consultations, the scope and method of the training (In-Person, Online) are determined, and the relevant processes are completed. Upon agreement, suitable dates and times for the participants and instructors, as well as the training venue, are finalized.
