About the Training

According to the new legislation effective April 2, 2026, the mandatory Basic OHS Training for high-risk workplaces requires at least 16 lesson hours. By law, the first three modules covering "General, Health, and Technical" topics can be delivered online.
Our institution offers a 12-hour theoretical online module of this training. Employees complete most of the legal curriculum without work loss, while HR departments can monitor the process transparently.

Training Content (12-Hour Online Module)

Employees will receive the following 3 main modules according to Regulation Annex-1:

1. General Topics

  • Information on labor legislation
  • Employees’ legal rights and responsibilities
  • Workplace cleanliness and organization
  • Legal consequences of work accidents and occupational diseases

2. Health Topics

  • Causes of occupational diseases
  • Principles of disease prevention and protective measures
  • Biological and psychosocial risk factors
  • First aid
  • Hazards of addictive substances and technology addiction

3. Technical Topics

  • Chemical, physical, and ergonomic risk factors
  • Manual lifting and carrying
  • Explosion and fire hazards
  • Fire safety
  • Safe use of work equipment
  • Working with display screen equipment
  • Electrical hazards and precautions
  • Causes of work accidents and prevention techniques
  • Health and safety signs
  • Use of personal protective equipment
  • General OHS rules and safety culture
  • Emergencies, evacuation, and rescue

Assessment and Certification

  • Participants completing the 12-hour module take an online evaluation exam.
  • A score of 60/100 or higher is passing.
  • Successful participants receive a "12-Hour Online Training Completion Report" provided to the employer.
  • Note: For the mandatory "Annex-2 Basic Training Certificate," the face-to-face training part must be completed by the employer.

Important Legal Responsibilities for Employers

  • Face-to-Face Training (At Least 4 Hours): Module 4 (Job- and Workplace-Specific Risks) cannot be delivered online. Employers must provide at least 4 hours of this specific training on-site.
  • Job Start Training: Employees must receive at least 2 hours of face-to-face "Job Start Training" before starting work.
  • Renewal: High-risk OHS training must be repeated at least once a year.
