Training Details

Purpose of the Training

• To raise awareness and inform about the uses that will save energy without compromising the standards and quality of living and working in a home environment.
• In the context of rising energy prices, increasing costs, and the energy dependency of the devices used, the goal is to encourage conscious use of energy bills, which are one of the most pressured spending items on daily life and income.
• To raise awareness about the positive impact of conscious energy management on the lifespan of energy-consuming devices.

Target Audience

• This is not a training organized within the scope of the Energy Manager Training foreseen in the Official Gazette published by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The training is solely to raise awareness about efficient energy use for interested individuals and to educate a broad audience.
• The training is open to site managers, building managers, housewives, and anyone interested, as well as those who have completed secondary education and above.
• At the end of the training, participants who attend 80% or more of the program will receive a Training Completion Certificate from Uludağ University, Bursa Technical University, BTSO-Energy Efficiency Center, and BTSO-Butgem. The certificate does not provide any privileges, it is only a certificate of personal skill development.

Training Process

• The training will be broadcast live online.
• To participate, you need to have internet access and a suitable internet package in your environment.
• To use the training system, a device (smartphone, tablet, preferably computer) with camera and microphone capabilities is required.
• Participants will log into the system at the scheduled class hours with their cameras and microphones open.
• Before the training begins, usernames and passwords will be sent to the participants' emails.
• After the training ends, the system will remain open for 7 more days. The system will be completely closed at 23:00 on the seventh day.
• A WhatsApp group will be created for administrative messages only during the training period, and all support information will be shared by the administrator. Participants can send any questions or problems to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real time throughout the training.

Important Information

• Certificates will be issued for participants who attend 80% or more of the total training duration. No certificate will be issued for attendance below 79%.
• After the training duration, certificates will be issued after institutional controls and sent to your registered address by PTT Cargo. Your address and contact information must be up to date.
• Participants can send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real time throughout the training.
• Training application and payment are made online. Instalments are not available for credit card payments.

Note: For participants who have completed their registration but are unable to attend for valid reasons or request cancellation, due to internal correspondence from the revolving fund operating regulations, a refund may take an average of 1 month. Please consider this before completing your registration.
