Training Details

• Training Duration: 21 Hours
• Training Method: Face-to-Face and Online (Virtual) Training
• Number of Participants: Each training program is conducted with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 participants.

Purpose of the Training

The purpose of this training is to raise awareness and inform participants about energy-saving practices that can be implemented in office environments without compromising the standards and quality of work and living conditions.

Given the rising energy prices, increasing costs, and the energy dependence of devices, the goal is to promote conscious use of energy bills, which are one of the most significant expenses in daily life, thus leading to savings. The training also aims to raise awareness about the positive impact of conscious energy management on the lifespan of energy-consuming devices.

Who Should Attend?

• This training is not organized within the scope of the Energy Manager Training as foreseen in the Official Gazette published by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The training aims to raise awareness about efficient energy use among those interested and to educate a wide audience.
• The training is open to office managers, office workers, anyone interested, and individuals who have completed secondary education or higher.
• At the end of the training, participants who attend 80% or more of the program will receive a Training Completion Certificate from Uludağ University, Bursa Technical University, BTSO-Energy Efficiency Center, and BTSO-Butgem. The certificate does not grant any privileges; it is simply a document issued as a result of personal skill development in the training.

Training Process

• The training will be broadcast live online.
• To participate, you need to have internet access and an appropriate internet package in your environment.
• To use the training system, you need a device (smartphone, tablet, or preferably a computer) with camera and microphone capabilities.
• Participants will log into the system with the instructor at the specified class hours, with their cameras and microphones open.
• Before the training begins, usernames and passwords will be sent to participants' emails.
• After the training ends, the system will remain open for an additional 7 days. The system will be closed completely at 23:00 on the seventh day.
• A WhatsApp group will be created for administrative messages only, and all support information will be shared by the administrator. Participants can send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.

Important Information

• Certificates will be issued for participants who attend 80% or more of the total training duration. No certificates will be issued for participation below 79%.
• After the training duration is completed, certificates will be issued after institutional controls and sent to the addresses entered during registration via PTT Cargo. Your address and contact details must be up-to-date.
• Participants can send any questions or concerns to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time throughout the training.
• Applications and payment for the training are done online. Installments are not available for credit card payments.

Note: Participants who have made a final registration and cannot attend the training for valid reasons, or request cancellation, may experience a refund process that takes an average of one month due to internal correspondence related to the revolving fund operation procedures. Please consider this before making a final registration.
